BOOKING PROCESS

We have secured discounted group rates for all wedding guests. Reservations MUST be made using RSVP link by February 15th. Bookings made via online travel agencies or third parties will NOT meet the RSVP requirements.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

Payment for booking will be charged between February 15th and March 15th. You may modify your reservation at no charge up until March 15th. Cancellations after March 15th will be charged a 50% penalty. Cancellations after April 15th are non-refundable.

ROOM RATE DETAILS

All bookings are part of the all-inclusive experience. All taxes and fees are included. Kids under 18 are free. All wedding guests will receive a $200 per room per night AVA Resort Credit for use towards spa, beauty, and more.

Airport Transfer

Airport transfer

Roundtrip, shared airport transfers to and from AVA Resort Cancún and Cancún International Airport (CUN) are provided. Please submit your flight information using the RSVP link by April 17th.

KIDS & CHILD CARE

As part of the room block discount, all kids under 17 stay free! The Ava Kids Club has age-specific activities, play areas, and supervised fun. Toddlers can enjoy a parent-accompanied play studio. On-site nanny services available upon request.
